Scott is an inspiration in the world of fitness. He went from fat to fit in the late 90’s and then opened his own gym. Then he got into triathlon and has gone from the basic Sprint distance, to Ultraman and has raced around the world. Scott recently rode his bike from Kelowna to Delta (near Vancouver) BC – over 400kms and 12,000 vertical feet – in one day. The event is a private fundraiser for cancer research, with 100% of money raised going directly to accredited research. Scott decided to try a Spartan Race, and even with a 4 week old ankle sprain covered in half a roll of tape – placed in the top 2% of over 4000 athletes.
