Amazing fall run!  Temperature of +2 up to +6 – awesome!  After about 25kms foot and hip flexors a bit sore, but nothing like last week.  Much better! Foot was indeed pretty sore after, but it seems to be better and better each week.  Then I cooked a huge turkey dinner for family and was standing all day – that sucked.  Made my foot really sore….  Not to self:  long bouts of standing after a 3 hour run is not good.  The turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, veggies and homemade, from actual pumpkin pie –was awesome!
