Swim workout tonight, and I loved this workout!  I figured it should be called Welcome to the suck!  Definitely a tough workout, but I loved the focus and the push.  9 x 200m at Mod Hard (just under lactate threshold) and I had to hold my pace the whole 9 sets – no fading allowed!  Ouch!  Will really help in Hawaii when things get tough after a few hours in the ocean.  Considering the 90 minute bike earlier in the day, I was really happy with this swim!
